Mandarin Chinese New Year Songs

Gotta get this playlist ready before Chinese New Year arrives in… less than two days!! So I am pushing my bed time slightly later than I should tonight…

I have been wanting Little Ray to not only be exposed to Chinese New Year songs in Cantonese but also in Mandarin for it is also an important part of his heritage! Even though I didn’t grow up in Taiwan and don’t know as much as locals do, I have been trying to do my own due diligence and find out songs that are popular.

Huge thanks to my mother-in-law who has given me suggestions on popular songs in Taiwan, I have been able to put together this playlist for Little Ray. Hopefully this playlist helps you and your little ones in getting familiar with Chinese New Year in Mandarin too 🙂
